Webinar: Inclusive Education in Multicultural Societies
On 20 March, our peace education expert Dr. Iryna Brunova-Kalisetska will share her expertise on multicultural schools and education. With over more than 20 years of experience, she will share her thoughts on education from kindergarten to university levels in multicultural societies, both as a preventive tool and post conflict peacebuilding measure. Main principles of the "Culture of Good Neighbourhood" inclusive approach for various levels of education and multicultural contexts will be presented and discussed.
Date & time: 20 March 2019, 13:00 (GMT +1 / CET)
This is the third webinar in our Peace Education webinar series which we launched beginning this year with Jennifer Batton. Our peace education experts will share their decades of experience integrating peace education into formal (schools, colleges and universities) and informal (community) education structures. Through these monthly webinars, our experts aim to assist civil society organisations, governments and donors as they develop and implement peace education regionally and country-wide.
